Policy
All Color processes that require an hour or more of service time will require a credit card. Fashion/Fantasy Color requires an in-person consultation prior to the appointment reservation day.
Guests will receive a text message reminder 24 hours in advance.
All new client reservations require a credit card on file and a verification fee of $1.00, which will be applied to your service.
Payment Methods
- All major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation
- All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
- All cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% service charge to the credit card on file.
- No call, no show reservations will be charged 100% for services and time reserved.
- All cancellations must be done via phone call with the manager/owner. No online cancellations.
Late Policy
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service you have scheduled, and the cancellation fees above will apply.
